Commercial & Retail
The interior supermarket and external design for this former bowling alley, now Greenslopes IGA in QLD, was conceived by Samuel whilst he was in the employ of TRG Queensland. The precinct has received numerous industry awards and nominations for its design and ground breaking supermarket layout.
Recreation facilities for retirement village
The infill retail and commercial centre on last patch of greenfield commercial land in Albany Creek was conceived by Samuel whilst he was in the employ of TRG Queensland. Sam also led the full tender and documentation team on this project which is now built.

Residential
A new luxury home for a growing family with an emphasis on public, private zoning and wet and dry entry into the house
New rumpus, living and bedrooms added onto a circa 80's spec home. Simple form and materials are used to delineate the old from the new.

Master Planning
During Sam's employment at TRG Queensland and with The Retail Group Sam was charged with conceiving and delivering numerous retail, mixed use and commercial master plans for developers.
